Apple headquarters in Paris
Last week, I was invited in the French Apple office in Paris. Not only the rooftop and its view, but also the showroom are amazing. The pictures are not that good as I took them from my iphone but you can imagine it.
Working in a nice and pleasant place and ambiance is very important as it really impacts the employees' morale, relationships and creativity. In a word: their productivity. Most companies still underestimate this fact and content themselves with organizing a few parties! (summer and winter in most cases). Of course it is easier for companies which are powerful and strong such as Apple but a few simple things can be done quite easily and could change a lot of things...
